Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.55 of 2017, registered under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown and there is no material against the petitioner except disclosure of his name by Raushan Kumar @ Machhiya in his confessional statement. However, no any specific role is said to be done by the petitioner, the petitioner has got clean antecedent and similarly situated co-accused Raushan @ Machhi @ Roushan Kumar @ Macchiya as well as Babloo @ Badri Kumar too have been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.33065 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. No.28178 of 2017 on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57507 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 2 /2 07.08.2017 and 28.07.2017 respectively.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, District Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.55 of 2017.
