It is submitted that there happens to be omnibus allegation against 13 named and 8 to 10 unknown persons to have assaulted Manish Kumar @ Rohan Kumar, as a result of which, he became severely injured. Thereafter, the injured was shifted to Rajeshwari Nursing Home hospital, Bahadurpur Gumti, Patna as per advice of local P.H.C. where, in course of treatment, he died. Other similarly situated co-accused have already been granted bail.

Considering the nature of allegation, petitioner namely Vishwajit Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like
