ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 12-03-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 30.01.2014 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in S.Tr. No. 182 of 2010 arising out of Dighwara P.S. Case No. 95 of 2009 by which it has refused to release his Bolero Jeep which was seized. From perusal of the report of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra it appears that now the trial is concluded.

The Application is disposed off with a direction to the Trial Court to pass necessary orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
