ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 10-03-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 23.05.2015 in Miscellaneous Case No. 15 of 2015 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad. Considering that the impugned order is one granting interim maintenance, I am not inclined to interfere with the same. Hence the application is rejected.
