Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault intended at the head. However, fracture was caused at the hand.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gangta Police Station Case No.03 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall
