JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for considering the case of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Constable against the advertisement of the year 2004. The learned counsel for the respondent-State has pointed out that in pursuance to the order passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 831 of 2009, a fresh Selection Board was constituted and thereafter, the successful candidates have also been appointed, hence the selection process has stood completed, thus no lis survives for consideration in the present writ petition.
