In the aforesaid background, show cause is accepted.

In the background of allegation being carried by the petitioner also perceived vide order dated 09.04.2015 in Cr. Misc. No.47761/2014 (Annexure-1) there needs no case of reappraisal. That being so, prayer for bail is rejected. Personal appearance of Superintendent of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32325 of 2016 (7) dt.22-02-2017 Police, Gaya is dispensed with. In the aforesaid background the learned lower court is directed to proceed with the trial on day-to-day basis and conclude the same within three months if having active cooperation at the end of the petitioner.
