The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 144 of 2017 dated 09.08.2017 instituted for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

On secret information that petitioner has concealed illicit liquor under water, a raid was conducted and 54.75 litres of illicit liquor was recovered. The petitioner has not been arrested at the spot and he was arrested on 06.10.2017. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, this Court, this Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, above named is directed to be
