05.08.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and it is admitted position that deceased died at PMCH on 22.04.2015. The Informant filed complaint case on 04.05.2015 and the same was converted into police case. The statement of wife of the Informant was recorded by the Police at PMCH on 23.04.2015 and in the aforesaid statement, the wife of the Informant, specifically, stated that deceased was caught in fire accidentally and after that she was brought to PMCH for treatment but unfortunately, she died in course of her treatment.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30582 of 2016 (2) dt.05-08-2016 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the Petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 272 of 2015.
