Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 59 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. The present first information report has been lodged after 34 days of the alleged occurrence without any explanation. As a matter of fact, the deceased was suffering from depression and she herself committed suicide. Earlier a U.D. case was also lodged by the present informant vide Annexure-3. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.07.2018.

Case No. 59 of 2018.
