BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 05-01-2022 The matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 pandemic. In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for the following relief/reliefs:
"That this application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus direction to the Respondents to make payment of arrears of salary to the petitioners since the due date from which date they have been working as computer Teacher Trainer in the different schools, to till date and any other appropriate writ order, direction save and except in accordance with law."
The concerned respondent is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order, failing which, the concerned respondent is liable to pay litigation cost and it is quantified at Rs. 5,000/- to each of the petitioner.
