JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 3/ 26-09-2018 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner. It has been submitted that in 2nd paragraph of the order dated 20.09.2018 by which petitioner has been granted bail in connection with Kako P.S. Case No.130 of 2018, Section 399, 402 Indian Penal Code has not been mentioned. Similarly, in the last paragraph of the order to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Jehanabad, has been mentioned in place of Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jehanabad.

Heard and perused the record.

Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion with regard to name of the Court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55461 of 2018 (3) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 Accordingly, in the 2nd paragraph of the order dated 20.09.2018, "Sections 399,402 Indian Penal Code" be also read along with sections of the Arms Act. Further, in the last paragraph of the order, in place of „Sessions Judge, Jehanabad‟, it should be read as "Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jehanabad". The order dated 20.09.2018 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
