JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded pistol and seven live cartridges were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 31.08.2015. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of four cases but it would appear from perusal of the impugned order that charge against the petitioner was framed on 25.02.2016 but up till now not a single prosecution witness has been examined. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi
