The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is that Nepali liquor was recovered from the vehicle of which the petitioner was driving. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 20.02.2019.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

No.18021 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No.255 of 2019, arising out of Jogbani P.S. Case No.46 of 2019, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
