The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 277 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 379, & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that the accused petitioner put her down from behind, pointed pistol on her and with threatening played with her private parts and also took her ornaments. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent, committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case by the informant due to personal

There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2022 and he has no criminal antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gaya in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 277 of 2022.
