ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S.Case No. 157/2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 308 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had arrived at the place of occurrence where a dispute has been raised between the father and son, namely, Vinod Yadav and Rajesh Yadav. It is further submitted that the petitioner is the brother-in-law of Vinod Yadav who had arrived at the place of occurrence for peace and to calm down both the father and the son. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against him. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.40086 of 2014 (2) dt.25-03-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submissions and nature of allegation, the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within two weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Banka, in Banka ( Barhat ) P.S.Case No. 157/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
