The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 254/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the informant has merely raised suspicion against this petitioner. From the written report, it appears that informant has levelled specific allegation in the last portion against Abhishek Kumar of committing murder of his son to misappropriate Rs. 75 lacs given
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55376 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 by his son to him.
Learned Sessions Judge has mentioned different paragraphs of case diary, which shows that mere suspicion has been raised against this petitioner.
The petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 254/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J.) Rakhi U T
