The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 81 of 2013 for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that there appears to be land dispute between the parties, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within two weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjeev Kumar Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in Complaint
