The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 07 of 2020 registered under Sectiond 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 333, 353, 379, 307, 356, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 20250 of 2020 on 11.09.2020, as contending Annexure-3 to the supplementary affidavit.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20598 of 2020(5) dt.15-11-2021 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 07 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
