2. Pursuant to the order dated 27.01.2025, a peremptory order for issuance of fresh notice upon Respondent no.13 was passed in CWJC No. 9931 of 2022 and as per office report dated 27.02.2025, the said order has not been complied within the time frame. Accordingly, it stood dismissed on 10.02.2005 itself.
3. Thereafter, the present MJC petition has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 9931 of 2022.
4. Since the order dated 27.01.2025 passed in CWJC No. 9931 of 2022 has not been complied within its time frame and the same stood dismissed as per office report on 10.02.2005 itself, hence, the present MJC petition also stands dismissed. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) perwez U
