JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 24 pouches of country made liquor were recovered from a vehicle which was being driven by the petitioner at the time of alleged recovery.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was driver and, as a matter of fact, the seized liquor belongs to other accused. It is further submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 15.05.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.
