2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 305 of 2017.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with alleged theft of computer monitor, key-board etc. The F.I.R. is against unknown persons and the petitioner's name has transpired on the confessional statement of co-accused Anil Kumar Kushwaha.

4. Considering however that there is recovery of one

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55414 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 monitor from the house of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
