JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 01 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been informed by the learned A.P.P. that the process under Sections 82 & 83 of Cr.P.C. has already been exhausted and as such, petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that prior to that he has filed anticipatory bail application before the learned court below and further there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21409 of 2019(3) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 is directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered by the learned trial court on its own merit, if possible to be disposed of on the same day.
