Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Agam Kuan P.S.Case No. 526 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of snatching of mobile phone and he was arrested at the spot.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 26.8.2018 and he has to fill up form of Intermediate Examination.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, named above, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55044 of 2018 (2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Patna City, in connection with Agam Kuan P.S.Case No. 526 of 2018, G.R.No. 3784 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a family member of the petitioner having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and further condition is that he has to co-operate in disposal of trial and appear before the court as and when required, otherwise prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bond.
