This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Rosera P.S. Case No. 04 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 272 & 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is being submitted that the petitioner was not involved in the sale of illicit liquor and he has clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19843 of 2022(2) dt.22-04-2022 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II-cum- Special Judge (Excise Act), Samastipur, in connection with Rosera P.S.
