Mrs. Madhuri Lata, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-06-2024 Earlier the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 29.11.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 7381 of 2021.

2. The following order was passed on 29.11.2021:- "Heard the parties.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 203 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 316/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are not the doctors and they have been running Nursing Home and treating patients and while doing so, they have caused death of unborn child which amounts to culpable homicide. In these circumstances, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected. "

3. The bail application of the petitioner has been renewed by the learned counsel for the petitioner on the ground

4. It appears that the petitioner without surrendering is tampering with the evidence.

5. This application is again dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within two weeks and pray for regular bail.

7. If the petitioner does not surrender within four weeks and pray for regular bail then she shall be arrested by the police.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
