The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Kurlikot P.S. Case No. 05 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 414, 428 and 429 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4(b) of the Bihar Prevention & Improvement of Animal Act, 1955 and 11(i)(a)(d)(t) of Animal Prevention Cruelty Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioners have falsely been made accused in this case. The petitioner have got clean antecedent. These petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 14.01.2020.
