The petitioner seeks bail in Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 129/2018, instituted for the offence under Section 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

75 litres of illicit liquor is alleged to have been recovered from possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2018. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned special Judge,
