The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Durgawati P.S.Case No.185 of 2018, G.R.No.1230 of2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he snatched SIM of Mobile from the informant and also assaulted by Phattha of causing injury to him.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact the informant used to talk with the girls on mobile, which was objected by the petitioner and due to that he has falsely been implicated in this case and the injuries are simple in nature.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19124 of 2019(5) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Durgawati P.S.Case No.185 of 2018, G.R.No.1230 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
