Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47 (a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.

Four liter country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 8.5.2016. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Turkauliya P.S.
