The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No.269 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 498-A and 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner and other accused persons are said to have killed the sister of the informant. 4.

The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. He is in custody since 12.10.2022 having clean antecedent. Co-accused Sunita Devi, who is mother-in-law of the deceased, has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 24.01.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.2846 of 2024.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
