The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.188 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offences under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing and ready to keep the lady in question with all honour and dignity and that there shall be no recurrence of any demand of dowry or any other untoward act so as to prejudice her in any manner or cause mental torture to her. No.32298 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, in connection with Complaint Case No.188 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

It is, however, made clear that in case there is any such recurrence of mental torture, it will be open for opposite party no.2 to move this Court for appropriate action. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
