Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that the name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of coaccused Dablu Kumar Choudhary. Moreover, co-accused Anil Tanti has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26115 of 2016 (2) dt.11-07-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Belhar P.S.Case No. 134 of 2014.
