The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.12.2021, passed in Cr.Misc. No. 44032 of 2021, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

It is submitted that due to Covid-19 pandemic and resultant lock-down, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below and furnish the bail bond within the stipulated time. For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 20.12.2021, passed
