The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent as he has been made accused in two other cases apart from this.

Without addressing this court on the merits of the present case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is now willing and ready to surrender within a period of four weeks and therefore, the case may be disposed of accordingly.

Considering the fair submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32380 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 However, if the petitioner surrender and seeks regular bail within a period of four weeks, the Court below may consider the regular bail application of the petitioner without being prejudiced by the present order.
