The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khizarsarai P.S. Case No. 250 of 2017 dated 07.09.2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.
The petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2017. It is alleged that around 50 litres of Mahua liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
In the facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57035 of 2017 (2) dt.05-12-2017 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge-Excise, Gaya in connection with Khizarsarai P.S. Case No. 250 of 2017.
