Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 411, 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 20(ii)/22(B) of the NDPS Act. Allegation is that 560 gram Ganja was recovered from the house of this petitioner.

Co-accused, namely, Raj Kumar Yadav, having similar allegation, has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 47733 of 2017 vide Annexure-2. The petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2017. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
