Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Daudpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2012 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant disclosed that her grand son Jhunjhun Thakur was lying injured. Triloki Thakur stabbed her grand son on the order of the petitioner.

It is submitted that the informant is not the eye witness of the occurrence. The police after investigation submitted final form finding the case false against the petitioner but the learned Judicial Magistrate took cognizance. Considering the aforesaid fact the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Anchal Dwivedi, J.M., Saran at Chapra in Daudpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
