The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 142 of 2017 dated 25.08.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2017. Around 66 litres of Nepali liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner, though, is an accused in similar nature of offence in another case i.e. Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017, but he is on bail in that case. In the facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties
