JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019, G.R. No. 47 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 341, 448, 323, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-B)A,26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner was not named in the FIR. Nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. There is no evidence collected against him during the course of investigation. The petitioner is co-villager of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2019.

Case No. 12 of 2019, G.R. No. 47 of 2019.
