Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the confessional statement of co-accused Mukhtiyar Yadav, name of the petitioner surfaced in this case. Co-accused Mukhtiyar Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court and so far as petitioner is concerned, he is in jail custody since 20.12.2015 and it appears that charge sheet has already been submitted against him.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
