The petitioner is in custody in connection with Trial No. 734 of 2018, arising out of Government Official Complaint Case No. 47 of 2014, for the offence under Sections 47(a) Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.11.2018. He further submits that in the instant case total 80 litres of country made liquor was seized. He submits that the seizure list was not prepared as per the mandatory provision prescribed under Section 100 of the Cr.P.C. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to
