2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Balia Belon P.S. Case No. 07 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of having fired at the victim. He is in jail since 11.01.2024.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22817 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Katihar in connection with Balia Belon P.S. Case No. 07 of 2022, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
