JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-07-2016 Supplementary affidavit is filed on behalf of the petitioner bringing this fact on the record that in Para-3 of the petition, it has been mentioned that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent but as a matter of fact, when petitioner was arrested in this case, he was remanded in Khudaganj P.S.Case No.09 of 2016.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner along with several others was caught while they had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. One loaded Katta , one cartridge and one mobile set are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26117 of 2016 (2) dt.11-07-2016 2/2 for which petitioner is in jail custody since 24.01.2016. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Hilsa ( Nalanda) in connection with Khudaganj P.S.Case No. 11 of 2016.
