JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 13-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor During course of vehicle checking, a pickup van was intercepted wherefrom three persons were apprehended, namely, Chandan Kumar, Md. Sheikh as well as Shashi Ranjan Rai out of whom, from the possession of Shashi Ranjan Rai loaded pistol, cartridges while from others mobile etc. were recovered. During course of interrogation, they disclosed that they act as per instruction of Mukhiya, a renowned criminal who is presently confined to jail and this petitioner Raju Turha happens to be their informer. As per para-3, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 28.08.2017.

Accordingly, petitioner Raju Turha is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59764 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIVth, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.166/2016.
