2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No.368 of 2021.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has supported the case of the prosecution and disclosed her age as 15 years.
