The matter has been listed under the heading „To Be Mentioned‟ at the behest of the counsel for the petitioner. It appears that the order was passed on 02.12.2015 wherein it was dictated that the petitioner is ready to make payment of `15,000/- per month from January, 2016 but due to typographical error, it has been recorded the month of payment as January, 2015 in stead of January, 2016.

In the circumstance, let in 7th paragraph of the order be read as "the petitioner is ready to make payment of `15,000/- per month from January, 2016" instead of "January, 2015".

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34798 of 2015 (4) dt.30-01-2016 2/2 Accordingly, the order dated 01.12.2015 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
