JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. i. To direct the respondent authority to grant the ACP and MACP benefits and thereafter revised the pay and pension of the petitioner and also pay the differences of the salary as well as revised pension of the petitioner with compound interest.

ii. To further direct the respondent authority to grant increment in salary after 31.08.04 to 31.01.2017

Patna High Court CWJC No.5516 of 2022(2) dt.29-11-2023 2/2 as the petitioner passed Hindi Tippani examination on that date.

iii. To further direct the respondent authority to grant retirement benefits including G.P.F, P.F., Gratuity and any other benefits."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
