2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 293 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 354(A) and 302 of IPC and Section 8 of the POCSO Act but later on police submitted charge sheet under Sections 354( A), 306 of the IPC and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11214 of 2023.

4. In compliance of the order dated 17.05.2024, a status report has been received dated 01.06.2024 by which it

No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner, as such, his prayer is rejected.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed off. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within the stipulated period of time positively as mentioned in its report failing which the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
