04.08.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Admittedly, the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and furthermore, the written report of the Informant discloses that the deceased is husband had illicit relation with another woman which caused annoyance to deceased and due to that reason deceased was killed. The impugned order of learned Additional Sessions Judge goes to show that the petitioner helped in disposing of dead body of the deceased.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the Petitioner, above named be released
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30241 of 2016 (2) dt.04-08-2016 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Divya Jaiswal, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara or her successor in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 18 of 2016.
